Starter

 Parsnip and apple soup with parsnip crisps

Pan seared wood pigeon breast on balsamic scented puy lentils with game

 stock reduction

Smoked fillet of rainbow trout, lemon and horseradish crème fraiche and small watercress salad

Walnut crusted goat’s cheese with golden beetroot and blackcurrant dressing

 

Main

Pan seared breast of Barbarie duck, sweet apple cabbage and dauphinoise potatoes

Slow roast Penmore beef with sautéed mushrooms, boulangere potatoes, honey glazed carrots and red wine jus     

Baked fillet of hake on winter ratatouille with sauce béarnaise and parmentier potatoes

Pan fried gnocchi, red pepper pesto, baby spinach and buffalo mozzarella

 

Dessert

Apple strudel with hot brandy custard

Bayley’s cheesecake with raspberries

Baked figs with mascarpone, honey and pistachios

Dark chocolate tart with clotted cream
