Lobster and crab is landed at Croig a mile away by the creel boat Eilean Ban.

Oysters arrive daily from the Isle of Mull oyster company, one of our closest suppliers.

Langoustines are landed at Ulva, and are in the restaurant 1 hour later.

Our mussels come from Inverlussa where the pure waters of Loch Spelve help produce some of the best mussels you'll ever eat.

Meat comes direct from local farmers and from our croft.

The skippers and crew of the Turus Mara tour boats often dangle a line during their lunchbreak and phone us with the news of a catch - mackerel is often ordered before the fish arrives at the kitchen door.  You can't get fresher! www.turusmara.com

Our Scallops are hand dived from around the shores of Mull

We also use farmed fish from ecologically sound and ethical companies such as Gigha halibut www.gighahalibut.co.uk.

The Salmon is Organic from Shetland

 Pork comes from Antuim Farm, a few miles away. 

Sgriob-ruadh farm near Tobermory provide us with award winning Mull cheese.
