Am Birlinn offer a variety of dishes using locally sourced meats and ingredients.

 All of our shellfish comes from around Mull. Oysters, crab, mussels, lobster, langoustine are all caught or grown locally - we can tell you where the fish comes from and who caught it – much of it  line caught.  We provide some of the best, freshest seafood on mull.

Much of our beef comes from our own croft and pork from Antuim Farm, 2 miles away.
